The Board holds monthly meetings from January through November that are open to Members. Members also can use the Owner Portal to request that notices/agendas be mailed or emailed to them.
All meetings include an open session with time allotted for a Homeowner Forum and consideration of Exterior Change Requests. Open sessions also may include reviews of management reports and financial statements, approval of minutes, items outlined in the Annual Calendar below, and other items of business.
Board meetings also may include executive sessions that are closed to Members, during which the Board may discuss matters relating to litigation, formation of contracts with third parties, member discipline, or personnel matters.
In addition to Board of Directors' meetings most months, the following tasks are carried out each year.
