CLCHOA enforces its governing documents, but many issues fall outside of the governing documents, so the Association is not the proper venue for a complaint or request for service. In addition, the primary enforcement method of the Association is a fining process that does not necessarily produce rapid results, so, if there is another organization that has jurisdiction over your issue and has more effective enforcement methods, you may want to pursue that approach before, or in addition to, contacting the Association.
