The current regular assessment to all Members is $32 per month per lot to be paid in advance quarterly ($96 total). Members who lease spaces in the RV storage lot have an additional assessment based on the size of the space (either $20 or $30 per month). Assessment payments are due on the 1st days of January, April, July, and October, and they become delinquent after the 30th day of the month.
Failure to pay assessments can lead to late fees, interest charges, liens, and, eventually, non-judicial foreclosure. See the Association's policies on collection and internal and alternative dispute resolution on the Owner Portal (registration required) for additional details.

Until you receive confirmation that ACH is set up, please make payments via check.
You can also set up individual or recurring ACH payments, including expedited payments, online through PayLease by clicking on the "Pay Now" button in the Owner Portal (registration required). However, unlike the submission of the form directly to the Community Manager, there is a per transaction PayLease fee.
Credit card payments also can be made through PayLease by clicking on the "Pay Now" button in the Owner Portal (registration required) for additional fees.
